It’s alive!
If you are one of the forward-thinking people who took us over our target of 10 pre-orders for The Definitive Guide to The Agile Security System™, then I thank you for your help and support for validating that there was indeed interest in putting this together.
So the good news for you is that yes, the book will go ahead, and you’re in for any and all of what comes with it by the time we hit the target ship date of mid-January.
If you were still on the fence yesterday, I have some bad news for you: the price of pre-ordering the book from now until it ships in January will be $374. You can still get on the list before the next price increase at the beginning of the year using this link:
And over the next couple of weeks, the bare check-out page will be replaced with a full description of the book that will probably evolve slightly as we get closer to the release date.
For those of you who want something to tide you over until January, you can still subscribe to the monthly print Security Sanity™ newsletter for $97/month to get a set of practical guidance and advice on a particular topic that will help you solve security problems, better justify your security investment and work to increase the credibility and trust you have with the rest of your organization, you can subscribe at any time right here:
The topic for the December issue is all about getting security governance right, and that means both internally within your team as well as uncovering and documenting the sometimes quagmire of risk ownership assignments within your organization.
If you were at my presentation at COSAC in Ireland this year, then some of what I talked about will feature in the next issue of the newsletter, but in what is expected to be a bit more digestible chunk than trying to cover all of what I crammed into the 60-minute talk.
If you want to make sure it hits your doorstep at the beginning of December, you can go ahead and subscribe now and cross it off your list.
Stay safe,
ast
