  1. Introduction

    We at Archistry respect your right to privacy and comply with our obligations under EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) as a group of companies with an entity registered in the Republic of Ireland and as an organization serving our international customers anywhere in the world. The purpose of this Website Privacy Policy is to outline how we deal with any personal data you provide to us while visiting this website or any of our other associated websites hosting information relating to the company.

    Naturally, if you are not happy with this Website Privacy Policy you should not use this website. By visiting this website, you are accepting the terms of this Website Privacy Policy.   8. Updating, Verifying and Deleting Personal Data

    Your Personal Data maintained by this website is visible and updateable in your user profile page. Using this functionality, you may update, delete and view your Personal Data in accordance with our obligations under the EU General Data Protection Regulation.

    Your Personal Data maintained for marketing purposes as stated above may be updated, verified or deleted using the tools provided through the opt out facility.

    For any other requests relating to managing your personal information, you may contact us at privacy@archistry.com, and your request will be dealt with accordingly, professionally and in a timely manner.

  9. Changes to the Website Privacy Policy

    Any changes to this Website Privacy Policy will be posted on this website so you are always aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we disclose it. If at any time we decide to use Personal Data in a manner significantly different from that stated in this Website Privacy Policy, or otherwise disclosed to you at the time it was collected, we will notify you by email, and you will have a choice as to whether or not we use your information in the new manner.
